Keiter Advisors Team Member Receives Merger & Acquistion Credentials

We are proud to announce that Overton Ragland, CPA, CM&AA received his Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor Credential (CM&AA) from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). The CM&AA certification focuses on financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, and valuation.

The CM&AA course is an intensive program designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the complex and ever-evolving world of middle market corporate finance, advisory, and transaction service.

Overton joined the Keiter Advisors team in July 2024. Overton is focused on developing a thorough understanding of his clients’ businesses and delivering high quality client service. He enjoys partnering with his clients to complete Quality of Earnings reports and working on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions to assist with appropriate pricing and overall strategy of the business. Overton started his career at Keiter in 2021 as a member of the Keiter Business Assurance and Advisory Services team.
