Developing long-term relationships with his clients and delivering the highest quality customer service is a staple of Richard’s practice. Richard has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience in both corporate and public accounting. Richard is responsible for executing audit engagements through the performance of risk assessment procedures, determination of the proper mix of internal control and substantive testing, and the overall evaluation of the audit to ensure it was performed in accordance with the appropriate auditing and accounting standards.

In his role at Keiter Advisors, he provides due diligence and assurance support for M&A transactions.
