Nick has been an integral member of the Keiter Transaction Advisory Services team since 2022. He is dedicated to deeply understanding his clients’ businesses and delivering exceptional client service. Nick specializes in transaction advisory services for clients planning to sell their businesses and produces comprehensive Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports for firms acquiring target companies. He takes pride in collaborating with clients to identify more efficient and innovative solutions to their business challenges.

As part of the Transaction and Turnaround Services team, Nick provides third-party due diligence services and offers expert guidance to clients navigating the sale and transition of their businesses.
