John has experience is in both the private and public accounting practice areas. He looks at all aspects of a company’s structure to determine whether opportunities exist to offer favorable tax solutions to the owners and investors.  John provides business tax services to clients throughout the US as well as internationally. He leverages his multi-state tax knowledge and experience to assist his clients with growth and succession planning for transactions.

In his role at Keiter Advisors, he supports tax structuring and M&A consulting engagements for clients located across the country.
