Jake Mathews is a Senior Analyst with Keiter Advisors. He performs transaction planning and sell-side transaction advisory services. He is experienced in data analysis, the due diligence process, business transitions, and performing complex financial modeling for a variety of industries, including foodservice distribution.  He enjoys working with closely-held and family-owned businesses and working to ensure the best possible outcome for their legacy.

Jake also performs business valuation, forensic accounting investigation, and litigation consulting services.
