Senior Analyst
Jack R. Schornhorst joined Keiter in August of 2020 as a Valuation and Forensic Services Associate. He performs business valuations for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions; estate, gift, and income taxes; litigation and shareholder disputes; employee stock ownership plans; reorganizations; marital dissolution; buy/sell agreements; business planning; and financial reporting. In addition, his litigation consulting services include the quantification of economic damages and lost profits calculations. Jack also assists with forensic accounting investigations, including corporate fraud and employee embezzlements.
He has served clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to technology, financial services, construction, healthcare, retail trade, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, government contracting, and professional services.
