Keiter Advisors Assists in Sale of Air Conditioning Equipment Sales to Havtech

We are pleased to share that Keiter Advisors has assisted in the sale of Air Conditioning Equipment Sales (ACES) to Maryland-based manufacturing company Havtech. The team provided valuation assistance and structuring advice while supporting ACES during financial due diligence and legal document preparation and review.

Founded in 1971, ACES has gained industry recognition as a highly respected Manufacturers’ Representative and Building Automation Solutions Provider in the Central Virginia, Tidewater, and Roanoke markets. Havtech was established in 1983 as a manufacturers’ representative serving commercial and industrial markets. Today, Havtech leads engineered building systems and services throughout the greater Baltimore and Washington DC area.
