Keiter Advisors (KA) announces the sale of Mike Hudson Distributing in Petaluma, California to a strategic national distributor. Mike Hudson Distributing is a broadline foodservice distributor located 40 miles north of San Francisco and serves independent markets and grocers, restaurants, and pizzerias. Keiter Advisors served as the financial advisor to Mike Hudson Distributing.
The company will continue to operate from its current facility in Petaluma serving its 700+ customers from the Bay Area to southern Oregon.
This is Keiter Advisor’s 42nd transaction in the foodservice distribution industry and the third transaction in the past 12 months.
